To change Voice Mail (VM) greeting please follow the following steps:

Dial your VM (Usually achieved by pressing the designated button on the telephone)

Press:

1. Press 5 for personal greeting settings

2. Press 7 to edit

3. It will play the existing recorded message

4. Press 3 to discard and rerecord the new message

5. Speak after the tone and record a new message

6. Press 2 to stop recording

7. Press 1 to playback new message

If you like to record again, please repeat from step 4

8. Once you’re happy with your outgoing message press the # key to save the message

9. Hang up receiver
