- Please note: There is no need to use the Remote Desktop to access your emails or meeting apps. Both are available to use from any internet-connected device using https://outlook.office.com/ or an email app for the school emails and similar options from the meeting sites.
- Same for the Departments drives, Postbox, and temporary. These are available through the shared drives at https://drive.google.com/
- Navigate to https://www.brentford.hounslow.sch.uk/ and click on the E-portal icon:
Please use your school login credentials to access our systems.
- Login with your school username and password in the E-portal:
- Right-click the Remote Desktop link and select Save links as:
- Navigate to the Desktop or any other folder in your device and save the file:
- You can now launch the Remote Desktop every time from the shortcut link that is saved in your folder and log in with your school email and password:
- When done with your session, please, sign out so the Remote Desktop resources can be used from other colleagues and students:
The Remote desktop can be accessed also with the new Microsoft Remote Desktop app, available from Microsoft , Android Play
and Apple App
stores.
Please notice that using non protected devices is not supported.
