How to access Brentford School for Girls Office 365 Web Apps:
 Outlook (your emails ), Word, etc.

 

Please follow the steps below: 

  • Open a web browser, the most commonly used are: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari.
  • Type and navigate to https://www.office.com/
  • Click on sign in and enter your school email id:
         your-school-login@brentford.hounslow.sch.uk
  •  and click next:
     
          sign inlog in

     
  • When prompted enter the password and the Passcode if prompted

 

  • On the next window click on the box next to don’t show this again and click on Yes (screenshot below)

  • From here you can open and use any of the apps:
  • Click the Outlook icon to access your school emails

         Select Outlook

Done.

Note: If there is another email in use select Use another account the next time you sign in or sign out front that non-school account before login in.

To access your emails from a smart device, please add your school email to your favourite email client or install the Outlook App and select as the email provider when prompted Exchange.
